Why Trust Is Something You Need To Build Into Your Marketing Strategy and Your Quality Conversations

Building trust with your potential customers is a very important component in building a successful online business today. How do you accomplish that? First in your ad copy in your ad, through your funnel and lastly in your followup messages. This is when you must know who your perfect customer is. This will enable you to craft your message to the people you are targeting. You know their problems and you can offer them the solution. Second with the quality conversations you should be having with those potential customers over the phone. Not Cold calling but permission calling. You not only ask for name and email but also a phone number on your opt in box. What you could do is offer an optional free strategy session if they give you a valid phone number.

Starting with your ad copy the first exposure people get to you and your offer. Transparency is so important, people want to know exactly what they are getting up front. Information marketing has become the number one marketing strategy online today. You need to offer something of value to them. Create a free 'info product.', like an eBook, video series or report.Once the prospect decides to opt in to get the free information and continue on through your funnel you need to give people the information that will keep their interest. Depending upon what your product, training or service is transparency is most important.

Points to consider in your copy:

    how it will help them
    are you offering support
    the cost to get started
    how long before results
    how much will they make

Now to quality conversations.

What are Quality Conversations? This is where you build a relationship along with trust.

You are not selling you are asking the questions and listening to their answers.
Ask mostly open ended questions, use words like, what, why, who and where.
Get to know them. The conversation is about them not you.

Some topics that will help you learn more about a person are:

Family - are they married, single, how many children
Occupation - what type of work are they in,
Recreation - what do they do for fun, play sports. travel
Motivation - why and what are they looking for

There are four points to remember when speaking to a potential customer on the phone.

Be more interested in them than selling you and your offer
Learn more about them, than they know about you
Spend less time with more people, instead of more time than less people
End the conversation with a 'call to action', what would the next step be.

Quality conversations are all about listening, building relationships and trust.

Starting with your ad and then moving on to your quality conservation with your perfect customer is an excellent way to build trust with people who are interested in your offer. People buy you first, not your offer. Want to be profitable start with value. One last thing to remember is be authentic with your prospects.
